Booking Policy

  • Remaining balance must be paid before equipment is set up 

  • Renter must sign waiver and all contracts 24 hours after booking is accepted

  • Delivery and setup are included with rental 

  • There will be extra charge of 100 for going over time agreed upon

  • Any damages to any product/products rented will be just cause for loss of the deposit and make be charged an additional fee

  • Renter is responsible for any permits that need to be obtained for outside/park party's

  • All rentals have a minimum rental time of 2 hours or more

  • We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items

  • We are not responsible for any injury's pertain to renter and guest jump at their own risk

  • Credit card must match Identification/ NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED

  • There are no refunds 

  • No call no show or any cancellation 72 hours before event you will be charged a $80 fee

  • you are allowed to book 60 days prior to event

  • the latest you can book is 8 days before your event​

  • Absolutely NO SMOKING in or around any bouncers/tents

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is straightforward: we do not offer refunds. We encourage our customers to thoroughly review their purchases before completing their transactions to ensure satisfaction. Thank you for your understanding. In the event that Moe Party Rental needs to cancel an event, a refund will be issued. Please note that refunds are only applicable under this specific circumstance. We you're understanding and cooperation. If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out.

Cancellation and no-show fee's

  • No call no show or any cancellation 72 hours before event you will be charged a $80 fee

  • Renter will lose any deposit given

  • if you 5 days before event you will not be charged and extra fee but we do keep deposit

  • we will cancel if all waivers and contracts are not signed, and renter will lose deposit
